  1. Only 1 VRF indoor unit (U380) appears to serve the yellow zone directly
  2. U380 is near the SE corner — close to the editing/entry area (good: non-critical zone)
  3. Most air devices are OUTSIDE the zone to the west — existing diffuser layout doesn't serve the yellow zone interior well
  4. This confirms we must redesign the “last mile” — new duct drops, new plenum boxes, new diffuser positions inside the rooms
  5. U380's position near editing/corridor aligns with Obai's plan: indoor unit sits OUTSIDE critical rooms, only ductwork penetrates
