- U380 is near the SE corner — close to the editing/entry area (good: non-critical zone)
- Most air devices are OUTSIDE the zone to the west — existing diffuser layout doesn't serve the yellow zone interior well
- This confirms we must redesign the "last mile" — new duct drops, new plenum boxes, new diffuser positions inside the rooms
- U380's position near editing/corridor aligns with Obai's plan: indoor unit sits OUTSIDE critical rooms, only ductwork penetrates
- Room is LARGER than initially calculated — 34.42 m² gives more usable space for 5 zones
