Structural geometry is IDENTICAL between both files. All wall coordinates and column positions match exactly. The Sarah file is the authoritative source.

Important: The furniture DXF contains ZERO HVAC layers. All HVAC data is exclusively in the dedicated HVAC DXF.

Only files created BEFORE the update (Scope v01, Phase 1, Area Calc) contain outdated ceiling/NC/VRF values.
