Area discrepancy exists between sources: 26.75 m² (Claude Web) / ~29 m² (our calc) / ~33 m² (ChatGPT) / 37 m² (scope brief) / 39.5 m² (Grok). Our independent calculation from B3.png gives ~29.1 m² interior trapezoid. Differences likely due to wall thickness inclusion, boundary interpretation, and measurement reference points. This will be resolved in Phase 1 Geometry Report.
