CUSTOMIZABLE — Throughout this BOM, items marked [DEC] Decorative may be substituted with your preferred brands or client-specified finishes. This includes paint colours, fabric wraps, furniture, signage, cable management accessories, and surface finishes. You may apply your company branding to project documentation, labels, and delivery packaging.
DO NOT ALTER — Items marked [AC] Acoustic Critical must meet or exceed the exact specifications listed (STC rating, NRC value, density, thickness, capacity). Substitutions to acoustic-critical items require written approval from the acoustic consultant and may trigger re-verification of the affected room's performance targets.
