BUILDER CUSTOMIZATION GUIDE -- INSPECTION CHECKPOINTS

CUSTOMIZABLE -- Inspection form template layout and company branding, reporting software or app used, inspector assignment and scheduling, photo documentation format, filing and archival method.

DO NOT ALTER -- Inspection criteria and pass/fail thresholds, hold-point sequence (no phase proceeds without sign-off), STC field-test requirements, NC measurement methodology, seal continuity verification steps, required test equipment specifications. All acoustic performance checkpoints are mandatory and must be completed as specified before proceeding to the next construction phase.

Hold Point Work MUST STOP until inspector signs off. No subsequent trade can proceed.
W
Witness Point Inspector should be present but work can continue if notified 48h in advance.
Check Item Individual verification task within a phase. Each must be assessed Pass / Fail.
